Apostle Farra Worrell is a former New York native, she and her family migrated to Richmond,VA in July of 1999. She was called by God to do women's ministry in 2000. God has allowed her to use her testimony of growing up in the inner city as a tool to minister and encourage women. She is first a wife, mother, teacher, motivational speaker, and missionary. Farra has just celebrated 15 years of marriage to Mr. Alan Worrell, (Richmond City School Teacher and Business Owner). Farra also has three children Raven Nicole, Lauren Cherisse and Logan Emmanuel.
Farra and her family are members of the dynamic Strong Tower Ministries, Fredericksburg Virginia under the leadership of Apostle Kevin Mihlfeld. Farra is an Alumni of the prestigious Grace E. Harris Women's Leadership Institute at VCU, located in Richmond, VA., where she received her certificate in Leadership Studies for Women in 2003. In 2004, Apostle Farra Worrell graduated from Faith Landmark's Bible Institute with a diploma in Biblical Studies.
Farra Worrell is also the President and Founder of Women of Grace Global Ministries (WOGGM), which was founded in 2003. Since then WOGGM has blossomed into a thriving outreach ministry that reaches from Richmond VA to New York City, and hopes to continue to expand around the globe. Women of Grace Global Ministries now meets bi-monthly also holding annual conferences, weekly broadcasts, and prison ministry to name a few. Women of Grace Global Ministries will continue to reach new heights. Farra is currently a student at Life Christian University majoring in Biblical Studies. Farra has also just been accepted into the Minority Leadership Political Institute.
